Question

My 16 year old daughter has a history of really bad anxiety and has been diagnosed and treated for anorexia. I have noticed that her anxiety is starting to resurface again. Should I also be worried about her anorexia returning as well? When should I get her help again? As a mom, what can I do or say to help?

Question

I can’t sleep. I don’t really eat and I don’t want to be around people anymore. When I get home I just want to go to my bedroom. Someone said it seems like I’m depressed. Could I be depressed?

Question

I recently retired and have noticed a dramatic change in my sleep. I frequently wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard time falling back to sleep. I’m still pretty busy and can’t figure out why I can’t get my sleep under control. Can you give me some advice?

Question

I’ve often heard that sleep patterns, “insomnia” can be linked to how quickly one loses weight. With that said, I tend to workout 4 nights a week on average and some nights sleep very well. However, there are some nights I can get back to sleep and there are some nights I can’t. Is there something I’m missing. Is it normal to do that?
