At the BIPOC Wellness Collective, we believe in the power of intention and community. Our Live Well Pledge is a commitment to yourself to live well, without shame. By taking this pledge, you are choosing to prioritize your mental, physical, and emotional health with a series of mindful actions designed to help you live a healthier, happier life.
The Live Well Pledge
When you take the pledge, you commit to doing the following:
- Unplug regularly
- Eat healthier
- Exercise regularly
- Seek professional help when needed
- Be kind to ourselves
- Set boundaries
- Practice gratitude
- Engage in mindfulness practices
- Celebrate small victories
- Invite at least two people to join our support system by taking the pledge
